Steve Gazzard

Steve GazzardSteve Gazzard has been heading-up Impactive Learning Solutions Inc. since 2003 and has a unique combination of training and instructional design experience, coaching and, a strong bias towards action-focused learning.

While he has led the design and facilitation of learning programs across North America his most formidable contributions are in the realm of business and executive coaching. With hundreds of engagements under his belt, Steve has learned that four cornerstones are required for successful development initiatives.

The first is a client’s own experiences and strengths, which are used as launching pads for their growth. The second is an evidence-based approach. Assessments and stakeholder interviews are used to evaluate each client’s current state, as well as development progress. The third cornerstone is a relentless focus on action. Steve insists that his clients apply and experiment with the learning’s gained. Lastly, a client’s community (leaders, peers and reports) is actively engaged in the development process. This cornerstone ensures real-time accountability, and of course, successful outcomes.

Steve recognizes that traditional educational and training processes don’t always achieve the required outcomes. Consequently, he is committed to a client-centered approach. This creates high impact, teachable moments and high levels of accountability for leaders and groups, with improved performance as the result. A selection of Steve’s clients includes:
